Elegant Dining Room Makeover

I had the pleasure of helping a local client decorate their dining room.  The space was pretty plain and lacked personality.  I knew it had possibilities with those tall ceilings and beautiful arched windows. (Before) My client was very budget conscientious so I did not go over board on decor.  I was very thoughtful of the decor I suggested and made sure the items we put in the space really made a 'wow' statement. This is the mood board I put together for my client to show the decor that I thought would look gorgeous in the space. My clients' liked everything, with exception of the chandelier.  They were not in love with the one I selected and it was a little too expensive.  As a replacement, I found this chandelier that I think was even more perfect for the space. So without further adieu, here are the pictures of the completed space! Would you like help making your home a place you love...

Project Peek: Selecting Rugs

My clients decided on 'Rug Arrangement A'.  However, they wanted to put a ...

Bright & Colorful Living Room E-Design

Recently, I completed this warm and colorful E-Design Package for a client. As with all my E-Design Packages, the process begins with the client filling out an online questionnaire and emailing pictures and measurements of their space. If you are interested in more detail on how this process works, check out this blog post  and visit my website . My client already had her major pieces of furniture in her living room. She just needed accessories, art, window treatments and accent tables to complete the space. She also needed help selecting paint colors.  Below are all the 'mood boards' that I emailed my client. This mood board basically shows all the art, accent pieces, pillows, lighting, rug, and drapery panels that I suggested for her living room. Below shows what I suggested for her kitchen.  Her kitchen was mostly cabinetry so not a lot was needed.  I suggested a rug, a pretty colorful vase with flowers for the island, and some small art piec...
