It's Aubrey from All Things Bright and Beautiful here to dish on the UGLIES that can be found in my home. *GASP* There are *uglies* in my home???  You betcha. Feast your eyes on these lovelies: There are *six* of these bad boys. Totally awesome. They are hand-me-downs from my parents and they are probably at least 15 years old...missing bars from the bottoms, scratches, stains, dents...you name it! And with two little ones around, you can bet they are getting more and more appealing every day. Can you hear the sarcasm there? And even if they weren't old and banged up...then there would be that lovely fabric on them. At least it hides the food stains well, right? RIGHT???? If I could replace those fuglies with somethin...

Hi! I'm Trissta of Living on the Chic . I'm so excited about sharing a corner of  my master bedroom with you today!  My goal at Living on the Chic , is to decorate my home with as little money as possible. If you check out my space, you can see my living room, dining area, my guest room (which just got moved to a smaller room), and many of my other projects! I'm so excited to share my latest with you. I picked up this chair years ago and reupholstered it in this great damask material... Love it still! The ottoman was picked up a thrift shop for $6.  I added a Brom poster on the wall and a small magazine rack (that I picked up at Salvation Army for $.50) to hold my reading material... On top, I have a small desk lamp with another giant clam shell as a catch-all. Here is a design board I recently put together.  This one is actually not for anyone.  I just ran across the cocktail table and just began gathering items to create a room design - sometimes it's just fun to dream :)  My husband wasn't so sure about the drift wood end table (it's okay, his opinion doesn't count really - just kidding.)  I love the combination of rustic elements with a little bit of 'bling' from the accessories and the mirrored end table .
